Experience is great - but it is not as important as having a great positive outlook and thinking ‘yes-I-can-do-it!’ when faced with a problem.

CHEF

Our chef leads kitchen operations - creating and serving real food cooked with fresh ingredients from scratch using skills and techniques developed over a number of years.

Duties include:

Using a multitude of methods to deliver consistent, tasty dishes as well as managing food safety standards, inventory levels and reducing food waste.

Barista

This is a role for a person with experience making great coffee with latte art.

Duties include:

Making coffee and other drinks as well as helping with taking customer orders, serving tables and cleaning.

Junior Front Of House

Entry level role - must be available to work a weekend day.

Duties include:

Taking customer orders, running food and clearing tables.

A lot of washing up. Like… really a lot!

Being an awesome all-round team player with a super positive attitude :)
